UNCLES AND BROTHERS

Lots of cultures have their own versions of Pozole. It’s hot, brothy love with stuff you add to it to make it uniquely your own. And even though your mix might be different from your brother’s, you taste the exact same joy.

PS: Chile = hot sauce… but not like Tabasco. It’s a sauce or salsa made from chiles and garlic and little else. It’s HOT. It hangs out on every Mexican table and everyone makes it differently. Apparently everyone spells it differently too.
