CORN TORTILLAS

It’s hard not to be impressed when watching someone take something from its simplest state to something delicious to eat. The imagination and desperation it took to figure out that you need to soak dried corn in deadly lye to eventually get a tortilla is mind blowing.

Historically, watching someone figure stuff like this out is man’s work.
