A MILLION WAYS TO DIE
One day, my dad gave us a choice: Go to college, or keep working in the fields with him. To a person, we all screamed “College!” and threw our muddy work shoes into a nearby river.
Not really, those shoes were still good. Plus pollutions a real problem.
I do, to this day I thank my dad for the experience of working with him out in the fields. He was the best boss I ever had. And the most motivational. He showed me what I didn’t want to do with the rest of my life.
A boss that gives you choices is a good boss.
