Ruckus
My dad and my Tio Rafael would regularly go to auctions to get us livestock for for our winter meats. We lived in quiet suburbs that, at the time, were not accustomed to backyard cattle killing and butchering.
Now everyone is doing it. It’s the suburbs’ answer to farm-to-table eating! Probably!
It didn’t always go smoothly but it was entertaining to see every cat in the neighborhood converge on our house for the free blood.
