I’m pretty sure every society in the world has one food that is super gross but somehow has amazing powers to right wrongs and change the course of a person’s life.

Menudo is just ONE of many Mexican dishes that claims this ability.

I’m not sure if tequila qualifies as a food, but it works the same way.
